Office Coordinator

We are actively seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Casablanca team. This role demands a strong combination of administrative and financial skills to support our operations effectively.
Your mission
  • Preparatory bookkeeping in cooperation with our tax consultant
  • General office organization (Organize and maintain files, Manage communication including emails and phone calls, etc...)
  • Assisting colleagues with visa procedures for business trips.
  • Coordinating with external suppliers.
  • Supporting the team/office in administrative and day-to-day matters
  • Accounting, checking, and booking of invoices and travel expense reports
  • Coordination and handling of appointments and organization of company events
  • Contact point for colleagues and inquiries
  • Receive invoices and review for accuracy
  • Maintenance of personnel data in a confidential manner
Your profile
  • A bachelor's degree is required or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Must have experience working for an international company.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of detail to attention.
  • Similar experience in a previous role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Team player and enthusiastic.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.
