• Perform calibration of electronic control units (SAM & BCM) for Interior Lights System using OEM tools and workflows.
• Manage and maintain ZDC (ZielDatenContainer) files – including creation, adaptation, validation, and version control of target data containers.
• Modify and adjust ZDCs after Vehicle tests.
• Figure out errors and failures in ZDC.
• Modify and adapt parameter sets to match customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers, test engineers, and system architects to ensure seamless integration of calibration data with base software.
• Conduct flashing and validation of ZDC packages on test benches.
• Support release processes and documentation for homologation and production deployment.
• Ensure traceability and versioning of all calibration datasets in accordance with project and OEM guidelines.

• Master’s degree in automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive ECU calibration and/or software data container management.
• Technical skills and Knowledge in: Functional requirement engineering, SW Parameters & datasets, Interior/smart Lighting functions, HMI Simulations, BAP Levels 
• Managerial skills: PEP, Automotive milestones, SW Change requests 
• Tools: DOORS, Calibration tools (e.g : DS Generator)
• Solid understanding of ECU software architecture, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS), and vehicle systems.
• Experience with OEM-specific development processes (VW Group, SEAT, etc) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
