Vehicle Test Engineer - Oued Zem

We are looking for a Vehicle Test Engineer to join our team at the proving ground in Oued Zem. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing vehicle testing activities to validate performance, safety, and compliance with technical specifications. This position requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in a dynamic testing environment and is eager to work directly on vehicles and advanced test systems.

Your mission

Plan and coordinate test procedures to ensure timely and effective execution of test campaigns.
Conduct safety and regulatory compliance tests for specified vehicle functions.
Perform in-vehicle validation of functions.
Prepare comprehensive test environments, including target setup, vehicle instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
Record, analyze, and monitor test data to provide accurate performance evaluations.
Diagnose and document ECU issues pre- and post-testing.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support vehicle testing.

Your profile

Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Practical experience in vehicle testing or validation (preferred).
Strong understanding of automotive systems and ECU diagnostics.
Hands-on experience with: CANape, CANoe, ODIS Engineering, 4active Systems (targets and software), Measurement Labelling tool.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work on-site at the proving ground in Oued Zem and collaborate with international teams.
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
