Marketing and Technical Writer

We are looking for a Marketing and Technical Writer to support our internal and external communication initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and engaging content for various channels, while also managing technical documentation and internal guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure consistent messaging, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to the development of training materials and internal processes.
Your mission
Marketing & Communication 
  • Internal Communication
    • Prepare and publish engaging content for internal info screens and digital platforms.
    • Coordinate with the German marketing for internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency.
    • Collect and edit visual materials support internal communications.
  • External Communication
    • Prepare content for external platforms, including LinkedIn and other digital channels.
    • Coordinate communication and content flow between teams in Germany and Morocco. (ex: company newslettres
    • Ensure all external communication aligns with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Employer Branding
    • Support the development and execution of employer branding campaigns.
    • Contribute to the creation of compelling content for recruitment events, social media, and the company website.
    • Assist in the organization of engagement campaigns, recruitment forums, and team-building activities.
Technical Writing & Documentation 
  • Create and update internal training materials and knowledge documents in clear, structured formats.
  • Translate existing documentation into appropriate languages to ensure accessibility across teams.
  • Ensure technical and training documents reflect current standards, tools, and procedures.
Internal Documents & Guidelines 
  • Draft internal guidelines, procedures, and policy documents in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal templates and documentation.
Communication Performance Monitoring 
  • Track and evaluate the impact of communication efforts through analytics, surveys, and team feedback.
  • Provide suggestions for continuous improvement based on data and insights.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience at least 2 years in internal communication, employer branding, or technical writing.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Canva).
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Autonomous, proactive, well-organized, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
