• Drive internal communication of company programs, cultural initiatives, and business updates.
• Support employer branding via content for LinkedIn, website, and campaigns.
• Manage internal tools: intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Organize and coordinate company-wide events: seminars, recruitment forums, team buildings, and engagement campaigns.
• Create visual and communication materials (flyers, goodies, invitations, digital campaigns).
• Act as a key contact for external communication requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track communication impact through surveys, analytics, and feedback.

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Previous experience (including internships) in internal communication, digital communication, or employer branding. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an ability to design visually compelling content.
• Autonomous, proactive, and team player.
