We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Management Intern to support our daily administrative and operational activities. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in office administration, facility coordination, and workplace organization within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your mission
  • Assist in daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Help manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining office policies and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Your profile
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
